Ana Almeida is a Lisbon-based executive with a strong background in marketing, brand strategy, and circular economy initiatives across Europe. She is currently the president of Circular Economy Portugal (since 2025), where she leads sustainability-focused projects aimed at advancing circular practices in the region.
She also currently serves as head of strategic growth at TerraCycle Europe, where she previously held senior roles including head of brand partnerships (B2B & B2C) and head of marketing, communication and customer service. In these roles, she managed high-profile partnerships with global brands and led strategic initiatives to scale recycling and reuse programs across the continent.
Ana has a 15-year international career, having worked for multinationals such as Procter & Gamble, Mondelez, and Rémy Cointreau. In 2016, she participated in the launch of Yunus Negócios Sociais' corporate social innovation program in Brazil and, since then, has regularly supported impactful startups as a mentor.
Her experience spans both corporate and impact-driven organizations, with a particular focus on marketing strategy, digital marketing, and brand management, especially within the FMCG sector.
Ana holds degrees from the University of Cambridge (2019–2020), ESCP Business School (2008–2009), and Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics (2003–2008).
