Mette Lykke serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Too Good To Go Holding ApS, one of the world’s leading social impact enterprises dedicated to combating food waste. In her role, she is responsible for defining the company’s global strategic vision, driving sustainable growth at an international scale, and fostering strategic partnerships aimed at accelerating systemic transformation within the global food sector.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Lykke distinguished herself as a successful entrepreneur. She co-founded Endomondo, a digital fitness platform that rapidly expanded to millions of users worldwide. Under her leadership, the company achieved significant global traction before being acquired by Under Armour. Ms. Lykke holds a degree in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.
