Nail Olpak, born in 1961 in Burdur, graduated from Aydın High School and completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. He later earned his master's degree in Energy from Yıldız Technical University.

After serving as a senior executive in various companies, he established his own company and continues to serve as Chairman of the Board in these companies.

Nail Olpak was awarded an honorary doctorate in the field of International Relations by Ahi Evran University and Mehmet Akif Ersoy University. He also served as the 5th President of MÜSİAD (Independent Industrialists and Businessmen's Association).

He is currently continuing his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors at DEİK (Foreign Economic Relations Board).
