Dr. Magash Naidoo is the leader responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Circular Development team at the ICLEI World Secretariat. In this role, he coordinates the implementation of key projects aimed at achieving sustainable systemic change and develops critical strategic partnerships.

Previously, he worked for 14 years at the eThekwini Municipality in South Africa, serving in various departments including the Energy Office, covering thematic areas such as the Green Economy. He also holds a Doctorate of Business from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
