Hernán Hochschild holds advanced academic training in Industrial Engineering and Philosophy, and completed a Master’s degree in the Philosophy of Social Sciences at the London School of Economics. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science as well as a second Master’s degree in Human Rights.

As one of the founders and the current Executive Director of Kyklos, a certified B Corporation, Hochschild leads an organization dedicated to implementing environmental education programs in schools across Chile.

He is also the director of “Tenemos que Hablar de Chile” (“We Need to Talk About Chile”), a citizen engagement platform conducted in partnership with universities, designed to foster dialogue and bring together diverse perspectives from Chilean society.
